- Resort will take a 100.00 incidental deposit by credit cards only. No cash accepted. Guest must be at least 21 years to check into the Marquis Villas. The resort charges a 10 per night Resort Fee. The fee includes Underground Parking, Recreation Facilities ( Fitness Room and Tennis Courts ), High Speed Internet Access, and Local and Long Distance calls. Resort Fee is due at the time of check-in.
